1. Tell your friend about Christian Healthcare Ministries. See our step-by-step guide to sharing CHM with friends in need. You also can request free Information Packs to be sent by mail. (You can request additional Information Packs by calling toll-free 1-800-791-6225 and asking for the Ministry Information department.)

2. Provide your friend with a Member Application. Click here to apply online or download an application.

3. Put your name and CHM member number in the designated section of your friend’s application to receive proper recognition. (There also is a Bring-a-Friend section of the Member Application that we encourage you to fill out with names of friends who might be interested in hearing from us.)

4. Enjoy your free month of participation after your friend submits his or her third monthly gift.
